The following pictures are of an emergency call to a plant out of state. IMG responded to the plant and put together a crew in a short amount of time to arrive within six hours of the call. IMG personnel worked around the clock for six solid days. During this time gussets were welded in the box along with boring out the upper and lower bores on the low speed. Machining new sleeves and shrinking new sleeves with liquid nitrogen and pinned in the bores. During this project there were many parts that had to be machined on site at the plant.
